I loved the quirky design and good vibes. The mobile phone they provide is so handy! Just wish the room was a bit bigger.

Extremely friendly staff and exceptional and satisfactory breakfast with plenty of options. Reasonably large and functional rooms in exchange for a free drink. Particularly good and incredible location for visiting bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the Christmas market and a market across the street.

The location was great for walking around Jungfernstieg Promenade. The staff were amicable and accommodating from arrival to departure. We got a double room which was trendy.

great stay with some room for improvement

The location is excellent, close to public transportation , made exploring easy. My room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good variety, but the coffee could definitely use some improvement to match the rest of the offerings. I enjoyed the lovely river view from my window.

My wife says that the air conditioning didn't really cool the room at all-a real downside with the warm weather.

Ruby has a great location, just a short walk from S and U stations. Our room was huge and bright, with high ceilings making it feel even bigger. I loved the idea of swapping daily cleaning for a free drink at the bar. Such a nice touch!

Ruby is a really nice hotel with a bar that's perfect for unwinding. It's just a short walk to the city center, and the beds are super comfortable! The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome, a huge bonus.

Really enjoyed my time here! The rooms are super spacious and bright, a nice touch. Loved hanging out in the bar area at night, such a chill spot. Just wish the showers didn't leave the floor all wet after using them.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with the bar area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and easy access to the station for a quick ride to the airport.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Lovely room. It was spacious, quiet, and the design was super unique. The glass shower was cool but did leave the floor a little wet. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch for playing my music. Would definitely recommend!

If you're into a chill spot, this bar area at Ruby is where it's at-perfect for winding down after exploring the city. Plus, breakfast was a good spread that hit the spot, with a cozy vibe. The room vibes were also on point with a lovely river view and ample windows letting light pour in.

The service was great, the double room was high-class with a comfy bed, and the shower was amazing. the staff was very friendly, and the location was incredible, right by central Hamburg in a former industrial printing building.

It was a luxurious hotel, nestled in a contemporary building. Had a very central location to all the museums. - the room was high-class and functional, with the best private bathroom. - the breakfast was exceptional, the staff was smart! - the service we got was excellent. - Hot drinks and excellent Wi-Fi were a nice surprise.
